It just means you have a right to a space and the federal government is working with all the different states to try to bring down the cost.
Germany is much more similar to Canada, like it’s very similar in that the federal government is not responsible for childcare, but wants to make these changes. So that was interesting, but also that they were just kind of changing this and really re-hauling their system in the last 20 years.
